Chief Technology OfficerHaving enjoyed his first business success at the age of 16 with the development of a number of award-winning computer games, Paul went on to found Fixzone, which produced software for the banking sector. He is now responsible for Pacifica’s complete IT services along with the creation of its bespoke CRM and job management system for the field service repair industry.

Chief Financial OfficerWith more than 25 years of director-level experience in a cross-section of businesses, ranging from turnaround to high growth, Stuart has been involved in the delivery of business change and growth initiatives, with a strong track record of dealing with institutional and private equity investors, raising debt and equity, mergers & acquisitions, management buy outs and IPOs.

Neil Martin
Managing Director UK WarrantyNeil is a qualified accountant and insurance specialist who began his career at Aviva before moving into general insurance in the banking sector. He joined Pacifica in 2011 to head up UK Warranty, and also leads the Client Services division for Pacifica Appliance Services.

Sales Director Pacifica Appliance Services and UK WarrantyAfter building a successful career at Dixons Group and Homeserve PLC, Jon brought his extensive knowledge of retail, appliances and electricals to Pacifica in 2012 along with a wealth of experience in insurance, boiler, home and utility products. Working alongside Paul Feek he continues to be instrumental in the growth of our business.

Rob Johnson
Field Operations DirectorWith 20 years’ experience in electrical and consumer products sectors, managing UK Service structures at Unilever and Electrolux. Rob spent the last six years as Head of UK Service for Electrolux. He joined Pacifica in 2021 as Field Operations Director overseeing Pacifica’s national team of around 230 field-based appliance engineers.

Adam Muflahi
Operations Director, UK WarrantyAdam’s career began at Dixon’s Group where he held various senior positions in the retail arm before leaving to join Pacifica in 2014. Since then he has worked in several of the group’s primary trading businesses where he’s been responsible for creating a best in class customer experience and building strong, lasting relationships with partners. He’s now responsible for the end to end operations at UK Warranty.

Customer Operations Director, Pacifica Appliance ServicesLeanne has worked in the appliance repair industry for almost 30 years, starting her career with Norther Electric Retail on a YTS scheme. Since Joining Pacifica in 2004 as a contact centre advisor, she has developed her skills over the years and worked in various roles throughout the company. She’s now responsible for helping enhance Pacifica’s performance and continued growth.

Matthew Pallister
Commercial DirectorMatthew joined Pacifica in 2006 as a Financial Controller, gaining his ACCA. As his skills and knowledge developed, he moved to oversee the running of the Supply Chain before moving in to the role of Head of Operational Excellence. In April 2023 he was appointed Commercial Director for the Pacifica Technical department which provides performance intelligence, software solutions and spare parts delivery directly to consumers and corporate partners.

Vikki Weston
Group HR Director & Head of Group SHEVikki has worked in HR for over 25 years and has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) as well as a CIPD Degree. Since joining Pacifica in 2012, Vikki has produced and implemented Company policies and procedures, been involved in recruitment and selection, put together contracts of employment, and is actively involved in acquisitions. She is now responsible for delivery the Company’s People Strategy.
