Since 2017 Pacifica has been providing contact centre and appliance repair services for Vestel products sold throughout the UK. Vestel manufacturer major domestic appliances for many of the household brands that we recognise in our homes and for sale in the UK’s leading retailers.
Vestel is a Turkish OEM manufacturing business consisting of 18 companies specialised in electronics, major appliances and information technology. In 2019 Vestel turnover exceeded 3 billion US$.

For nearly a decade Pacifica has been trusted to look after customers who need assistance with a Bush appliance purchased from Argos. Our contact centre handles all telephone calls and in many instances, we are able to resolve the reported issue without the inconvenience to the customer of an engineer visit to their home.
In those instances when a ‘fix over the phone’ is not possible our Pacifica engineers, uniformed and carrying ID cards will attend and will quickly and efficiently get the appliance up and running again.
